Whether we agree with it or not, society teaches us that men should be strong, independent and reliable. So when you receive a diagnosis, it doesn’t just affect your health it also hits your identity and confidence. Instead of talking about it, men often put on a brave face and push through.

However, suffering in silence drains you mentally, physically and emotionally. Over time, it can stop you showing up fully for your work, your family and yourself.

Like many men, I was a busy dad juggling family life and a full-time career. My health wasn’t a priority.

 

However, at 35, that changed overnight when I was diagnosed with a long-term health condition. It forced me to adapt and brought my health into sharp focus.

Following diagnosis and being prescribed medication as my only option, I refused to accept this. So over the next decade, I took ownership of my health. Experimenting, learning, and rebuilding a way of living that worked alongside my condition.

 

That journey became a passion, and ultimately lead me to my purpose. So I trained as a health coach to become the coach I needed when I was diagnosed.

Now, my mission is to help men rebuild confidence, take back control, and create a life that works for them no matter their health condition.

After diagnosis, you’re often told to “eat better”, “manage stress”, or “exercise more”  but given little support on how to turn that into something realistic and sustainable.

I help you bridge that gap. Together, we turn vague advice into practical, personalised action that fits your energy, symptoms, and day-to-day life.

My role isn’t to tell you what to do.. It’s to help you build the clarity, confidence, and agency to take ownership of your health in a way that works for you.

I work in a calm, structured, and client-led way — guiding you through the process of change, helping you uncover what’s holding you back, and supporting you to take consistent action with accountability.

My approach is help you rebuild your sense of agency and take ownership of your health, your choices, and your direction. Supporting you to improve your confidence and resilience, shift how you see yourself, and step back into control of your life. 

Through years of personal experience and experimentation I have identified six foundational areas of health and wellness that had the greatest impact on improving my health, energy, and day-to-day vitality while living with health challenges.

The core of my coaching focuses on the development these key areas of your life. This will enable you to create sustainable and lasting change to move forward and live with greater purpose, positivity and vitality.

The first step in rebuilding your life after diagnosis and regaining a sense of control

The Adaptation Kick Start is designed for men navigating the early stages of a long-term health diagnosis. When things can feel uncertain, overwhelming, and out of your control.

This is where you begin to rebuild your sense of agency. Together, we create clarity, direction, and a simple plan so you can start taking ownership of your health with confidence.

It also gives you a clear introduction to the coaching process before committing to a full programme.

What's included:

 

  • Complete a pre-session Health Profile questionnaire to gain a clear picture of your current situation ​​

  • 1 x 60 min coaching session to build a simple, personalised 4-week roadmap to help you take your first steps and start building momentum

  • 1 x 30 min follow up call to review progress, achievements and next steps 

Outcome:

Walk away with clarity, direction, and a renewed sense of agency. So you can stop feeling stuck and start taking control of your health.

  • You’ve been recently diagnosed and don’t know what to do first

Rebuild

This programme is for men living with long-term health challenges who are tired of just getting by and want to start actively improving their health and quality of life. 

This is where you begin to empower you to rebuild your routines and confidence. With more consistent support, you’ll move from reacting to your condition to steadily taking ownership of your health.

  • 1 x 90 min Initial Consultation to ​​build a detailed understanding of your current situation, challenges, and priorities

  • 11 x 60 min Weekly Coaching Sessions providing ongoing support, accountability, and guidance to help you take consistent action

  • 1 x 60 min Follow up call to review progress, achievements and next steps 

Outcome:

Develop consistency, rebuild confidence, and take back control of your health with a growing sense of agency.

  • Your tired of just 'pushing through' each day and you’re ready to build consistency and momentum

  • You want to start to feel steadier, more capable, and more in control of your life day to day

Reclaim

This coaching package offers longer-term support to help you move beyond short-term change and create a sustainable, fulfilling way of living alongside your condition. Consistent and regular coaching sessions will provide time to create deeper, sustainable change that empowers you to reclaim a sense of direction, purpose, and identity over time.

  • 22 x 60 min Weekly Coaching Sessions providing long-term support to create deeper, lasting change
