It is estimated that around 10 million men in England alone may be living with at least one long-term health condition. Common conditions include:

  • Weight gain and obesity

  • Type 2 diabetes and blood sugar issues

  • Back pain, joint pain, arthritis, and other musculoskeletal conditions

  • Parkinson's Disease and other neurological conditions such as MS

Whether we agree with it or not, society teaches us that men should be strong, independent and reliable. So when you receive a diagnosis, it doesn’t just affect your health it also hits your identity and confidence. Instead of talking about it, men often put on a brave face and push through.

However, suffering in silence drains you mentally, physically and emotionally. Over time, it can stop you showing up fully for your work, your family and yourself.

​Like many of us, I was a busy Dad juggling family life and a full time career. My health and wellbeing was not a priority.

 

Then suddenly at 35 I was diagnosed with a long-term health condition. This meant I had to adapt my lifestyle and brought the importance of health and wellness into sharp focus.

​​​​​

Refusing to spend the rest of my life relying on medication to manage my symptoms. I embarked on my own health journey over the next 10 years. During this time I experimented with every possible health and wellness protocol I came across.

During my journey I developed a passion for learning and experimenting with health and wellness. Armed with this knowledge I decided to train to become a certified health coach and turn my pain into purpose.

 

My mission is clear. I want to be the coach I needed when I started my journey and help others take back control of their health. Whether you are facing a recent diagnosis or are tired of having a long term condition dictate your life. I am here to be in your corner...​

Following diagnosis you might have been given broad recommendations like “eat better”, “manage stress”, “exercise more” but little support to translate that into realistic, sustainable habits that fit fluctuating energy, symptoms, and daily responsibilities.

My role as a health coach is to help you turn vague advice into practical, personalised action, without pressure or judgement. I don't tell you what to do. I support you in creating sustainable lifestyle and behaviour change that fits your individual circumstances.

​I work in a calm, structured and client-led way​​​. I guide you through the process of change by asking powerful questions, providing accountability, and helping you to uncover blind spots that may be holding you back.

KICK START

Adapting after diagnosis

The Adaptation Kick Start is the first step on your journey to reclaiming your life following diagnosis. It is designed help you gain clarity if you're feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to start. It will also introduce you to how the coaching process works before committing to a full programme.

 

It consists of:

 

  • Complete a pre-session Health Profile questionnaire to create a detailed picture of your current situation ​

  • 1 x 60 min coaching session to build a simple personalised 4 week roadmap to start building momentum immediately

  • 1 x 30 min follow up call to review progress, achievements and next steps 

Who it’s for:

  • You’ve been recently diagnosed and don’t know what to do first

  • You want to start building simple and effective routines that boost your health, energy and mindset ​​

  • You want to try coaching, but you’re not ready to commit to full  programme yet

Two Reaching Hands

3 MONTH
COACHING PACKAGE

Rebuild your Confidence 

This package is for men that are living with long-term health challenges and are tired of just 'pushing through''. It offers time to experiment and implement habits and routines that begin to rebuild confidence and consistency to help you start to feel like yourself again.

It consists of:

 

  • 1 x 90 min Initial Consultation to create a detailed picture of your current situation ​

  • 11 x 60 min Weekly Coaching Sessions

  • 1 x 60 min Follow up call to review progress, achievements and next steps 

Who it’s for:

  • Your tired of just 'pushing through' each day and you’re ready to build consistency and momentum

  • You want to start to feel steadier, more capable, and more in control of your life day to day 

  • You want some structured support while you find what works

6 MONTH
COACHING PACKAGE

Reclaim your Direction

This coaching package offers longer-term support to fully integrate routines and habits that enable you to live well and thrive alongside your condition. Consistent and regular coaching sessions will provide time to create deeper, sustainable change that empowers you to rebuild a sense of direction, purpose, and identity over time.

It consists of:

 

  • 1 x 90 min Initial Consultation

  • 1 x 60 min Follow up call to review progress, achievements and next steps
